House rules
The most important rental conditions:
The reservation is only final after receipt of the deposit and completed/signed rental agreement.
Minimum age of primary renter: 25 years.
The villa can accommodate up to 9 people.
Subletting is not permitted.
This is not a suitable location for parties, it is a nice quiet residential area where many neighbors live permanently.
We would like to inform you that the swimming pool is not fenced. You are responsible for any accidents around and in the swimming pool, as well as in and around the villa. We trust that you will pay close attention to your children, animals, etc. Casa Leana excludes all liability.
If the tenant wishes to cancel the booking, the tenant must always notify the landlord in writing. Please inquire about the applicable cancellation rules.
Some house rules:
Dogs are welcome upon consultation, but a contribution is charged per dog. Maximum 2 dogs per booking.
Smoking in the house is not allowed.
The consumption of internet, water, gas and electricity is included in short-term rental. However, we do care about the environment, so a reasonable fair use policy applies.
There is no car charger for electric cars. However, in Javea there are several locations where the car can be charged.
The gardener, pool man and any handymen (in case of emergency repairs) must be granted access to the garden and/or house. The gardener comes once a week as standard, usually on Tuesdays. On Fridays the manager will come to give the plants in pots extra water (unless the tenant would like to do this himself). The pool man comes once a week as standard and in the summer months, twice a week to keep the pool fresh and clean.
